“I got married July 27th 2018. You kind of just "guess" how much work goes in to planning one of the biggest days of your life. You're focused on booking a venue, tasting and deciding on what food to serve your guests, your flowers...your DRESS, but one of the first questions you may not think of is "What will my makeup look be for this special day? Do I just put my own makeup on, as I do every day?" well that wouldn't be special. So I decided to ask Hillary if she'd do my makeup for me on my big day!

When planning your wedding you want to sign as many tasks to others as possible to reduce your stress! Hillary did a trial run with me before the big day (and she traveled, as she did not even live in the same state as I did at the time!) We had fun, played around w/makeup, talked about what colors I'd have and what look I was going for!

The day of the wedding Hillary set up in our bridal suite and I was extremely overwhelmed, I kept asking my bridesmaids to go ahead of me for hair and makeup, to the point where I felt I didn't give myself enough time to actually get my own hair and makeup done! What really helped calm me was Hillary. She's always been so "calm and collected" with a constant bubbly smile on her face. She could probably sense I was starting to panic a bit, but she kept her cool and with a smile kind of shrugged it off and said "I'm going to do your makeup while you're getting your hair done, no biggie" and she pulled it off magnificently ! She hung out through the whole ceremony and afterwards because that's when we were getting our pictures done. She'd quickly hop in and out in between snaps of the camera to touch up anything necessary to make sure I looked flawless in our wedding photos.”
